Back on Islay we encountered quite some waves at Bruichladdich pier, close to the fab destillery, on our way to the Victorian hotel in Port Charlotte.

A stormy Atlantic Ocean on the westcoast of Islay, just north of Portnahaven. Here some of the power is harvested at a wave power plant.

Orsay Lighthouse.

Islay Woolen Mill close to Bridgend, where I bought a scarf in Bruichladdich alike colours.

I never quite got if this was some sort of installation or not. Just next to the small airport on Islay anyhow.

A small house on the southern tip of Mull of Oa.

The destillery landscape just east of Port Ellen, home to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.
