What is the appropriate humble respons to those fine words by my downunda partner-in-crime, whom together with the rest of us geezers with old computers seeks the Fountain of Old Age?

Silence. The same kind as when waiting for Cooperdemo (Dexion, New Life, Zargon) to load up.

While the pace is fast forward everywhere else, this machine cannot do it much faster. That appears to be a bless every so often. The time it takes for the decrunch to take place or for Wally Beben's Tetris to loop are moments and hours retaken.

Leaving the Gubbdata philosophising aside and focusing on this issue, a quite extraordinary article by Jazzcat entitled "Do you believe in C64 after death?" can be found. I myself have spent some time examining the new menace in scenetown, hedning, and the journals are made publicly available in the latest pages of your favourite disk magazine.

On a personal level have I been busy with renovating a house I bought on the country side of Taasinge, Denmark, in January. With my family growing more space was needed, as was my own requirement for a Data Dungeon with sailing romanticism, fine tabacco, whisky, a telescope and such. Some people refer to that kind of places as mancaves, but I tend to put myself in a more civilised light. It may be a biased point of view, but the one I prefer.

Next up is Diamond Edition. Until then.
